Paulo Productions Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 15/04/2025

By purchasing a ticket to our events or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase

Tickets are available for purchase through our website or designated sales channels. All ticket sales are final upon confirmation of purchase.

3. Pricing

Ticket prices are listed in New Zealand dollars. While we may adjust ticket prices, rest assured that if you’ve already purchased your ticket, you’re set at that price.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers. If you opt for a bank transfer, please include your name and event date in the transfer details for proper identification. Bank transfer information will be provided at checkout.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: Requests made at least 14 days before the event date.

  • 50% Refund: Requests made between 10 days before the event date.

  • No Refund: Requests made less than 7 days before the event or no-shows.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your request. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our full refund and cancellation policy available on our website.

6. Event Changes and Cancellations

  • In the spirit of adaptability, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. You’ll be notified as soon as possible, and we’ll provide options for refunds or rescheduling. Please note that we aren’t responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred due to event changes.

7. Participant Responsibilities

  • Be punctual and bring your ID! Participants must arrive on time and follow the event schedule to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.

8. Liability Waiver

  • By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that participating in our events may involve certain risks. You agree to release and hold harmless Paulo Productions NZ Limited from any liability for personal injury or property damage that may occur during the event, except in cases of serious negligence or intentional harm by the Event organizers. We want you to have an enjoyable experience, so please take care of yourself!

9. Privacy Policy

  • Your privacy is important to us and we will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy which abides by New Zeland privacy laws.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to the event.

11.Event Environment and Lighting Conditions

  • The event will feature an immersive environment designed to enhance the overall experience, including the use of neon paint and strobe lighting. Participants should be prepared for dim lighting throughout their designated time slot.

  • Dim Lighting Awareness: Each participant is responsible for ensuring their comfort in dimly lit conditions. We strongly advise familiarizing yourself with the venue's emergency exits during the event briefing at the start of your time slot.

  • Lighting Warning: Various lighting equipment will be utilized, which may cause discomfort or adverse reactions for individuals with light sensitivity. If you are susceptible to such conditions, please consider this carefully before purchasing your ticket.

12. Age Restriction

  • This is a strictly R18+ event. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted entry under any circumstances.

  • All guests must present valid, government-issued photo ID upon entry.

13. Alcohol Consumption

  • Alcohol will be available for purchase and/or consumption at the event.

  • All attendees must be 18+ to legally consume alcohol. Staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated or acting inappropriately.

  • Drink responsibly — intoxicated guests may be asked to leave or be refused re-entry.

14. Prohibited Conduct

  • To maintain a safe and respectful environment, the following will not be tolerated:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or any form of aggressive behavior

  • Drug use or possession of illegal substances

  • Non-consensual physical contact or behavior

  • Vandalism or destruction of property

  • Any violations may result in immediate removal from the venue and/or ban from future events.

15.Photography & Consent

  • Personal photography is allowed unless otherwise stated. However, always ask for consent before taking photos of others.

  • No photos or videos of nudity, intimate moments, or private areas without explicit permission.

  • Our staff will be taking photos throughout the event that will be used on our social media accounts and in promotional content - if you wish to opt out this can be done easily by notifying our team at pauloproductionsnz@gmail.com

16. Safety & Security

  • Security staff will be present throughout the event.

  • Bag checks may be conducted upon entry - for health and safety reasons please check large bags with staff upon entry baggage will only be accessed by staff upon check in and check out 

  • Emergency exits and first aid will be clearly marked — please familiarize yourself upon arrival.
