How do I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets online through our official website or authorized ticketing partners - Eventbrite and Eventfinda. We do not recommend purchasing from any unofficial resellers.

 

What is the difference between General Admission and Bottomless Ticket?

The difference between the two is that Bottomless tickets include food and beverages served throughout the 2hr painting activity. General Admission is entry, equipment and 1 x arrival drink.

 

What does bottomless mean?

In the 2hour period drinks are unlimited but are managed by staff to ensure we are following our licensing obligations. We also run on an empty glass policy please refer to our T&Cs for information.
 

Will I receive a physical ticket or an e-ticket?

Most of our events use e-tickets, which will be sent to your email after purchase. Please bring a digital or printed copy with you for entry.

 

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

All sales are final. Refunds are only available if the event is canceled or rescheduled, please refer to the terms page for full refund details.

What happens if the event is canceled or postponed?

If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund. If it's rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds for rescheduled events may be requested within a specific timeframe.

 

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, tickets are generally transferable unless otherwise stated. Be sure to update the attendee information if the event requires ID matching.
 

Is there an age limit for the event?

Yes we are an adult-friendly event management business which means all our events are 18+ and ID is required at the door.

 

What ID do I need to bring?

A government-issued photo ID may be required for age-restricted events or to verify your ticket at entry.

 

What time do doors open?

Door opening times will be listed on our event page. We recommend arriving early to avoid delays and to settle into your seats.

 

Is parking available at the venue?

Parking availability varies by location. Please check the event page for parking details, directions, and public transport options. 

What can I bring into the venue?

Typically, large bags, weapons, outside food/drink, and professional cameras are not allowed, this is also up to the security guards discretion on what they will allow.

Are accessible seating and services available?

Yes, we strive to make our events accessible to all guests. Please contact us in advance for accessible seating or additional assistance.

What if I haven't received my ticket?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact our support team at pauloproductionsnz@gmail.com with your order number.
